Ongoing construction of a skiable platform and underground car park at the foot of the Soldeu ski resort.
The project involves clearing brushwood from the plot and using it to build wooden gabion walls, as well as excavating earth, building foundations and creating reinforcements.
7,000m of jet grouting will be carried out, down to depths of 50m, 20,000m of micropiles and anchorages will be used, and access routes will be prepared so that metal beams can be transported to the platform. Once assembled, these beams will be 90m long.
The future platform will have a surface area of 10,000m2, with more than 4,000 tonnes of structural steel, and will house a 600-space car park.
This project has to be finished before the Alpine Skiing World Cup Finals in Soldeu, in February 2019.
