Construction of two parallel false tunnels between the Valira Nova housing estate and the junction of the bypass at Encamp (Andorra), built from prefabricated concrete.

The project includes earthworks and the construction of a buttressed wall anchored by reinforced concrete, the interior facilities, the infrastructure for the main public services and the work of replanting and improving the visual impact.
