CONSTRUCTION OF SERVICES BUILDING AT COLL DE LA BOTELLA

Construction of services building, including a spectacular, fully-equipped restaurant with finishes that fit in with the mountainous surroundings.

The project includes a 1,200m2 semi-basement with general facilities (kitchen, technical rooms, bathrooms and space to store snow grooming equipment) and an upper floor to house the restaurant itself.

Laminated wood structure and envelope and glass at the upper levels. Slate roofing and stone-clad walls, so that the building blends in with the scenery. Energy-efficient building.
