RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF HOTEL ROSALEDA

Renovation and extension work on Hotel Rosaleda. Building listed as Andorran architectural heritage.

Work includes the selective demolition of existing parts, conserving façades and part of the load-bearing structure, and the creation of new mixed wood and concrete slabs, leaving the main body of the building totally finished and in working order to be the new Ministry of Culture, including offices, meeting rooms, an auditorium, archives, restoration laboratories, etc.

The building and plot is to be left ready for future extensions.
